1. Process Flow
Extrusion Discharge → Stretcher → Online Quenching → Cooling Bed Line → Straightener → Fixed-length Cutting Saw → Frame Transfer → Aging Furnace
2. Four Core Functions
- Uniform air cooling: Gradually cool hot profiles to stabilize metallurgical structure and hardness, avoiding warping and deformation.
- Stepwise conveying: Multi-section roller or belt automatic feeding and layered stacking to prevent surface scratches.
- Auxiliary straightening: Cooperate with the stretching machine to correct bending and guarantee straightness.
- Buffering & sorting: Separate profiles into different lanes to connect subsequent sawing and framing processes.
3. Four Main Structural Types
- Felt Belt Type (Most Widely Used): Separate segmented belts with anti-scratch felt; belts can be replaced section by section. Standard for thin-wall window & door profile extrusion lines of 600–2000T.
- Step Rack Type: Materials are lifted and moved by racks with strong load capacity, ideal for heavy-duty large cross-section thick-wall industrial aluminum.
- Chain Conveying Type: High load-bearing capacity and heat resistance, applied to continuous production lines of large-tonnage extruders.
- Horizontal Layered Storage Type: Multi-layer stations for large buffer capacity, suitable for centralized post-processing and intelligent automatic workshops with multiple extrusion lines.
