Single Billet Heating Furnace

The single billet heating furnace heats aluminum billets from ambient temperature to the extrusion temperature of 480°C~500°C, ensuring stable extrusion under standard production conditions. It mainly adopts direct heating and is divided into multiple heating zones. Each zone is fitted with an ignition burner and temperature probe, with all operations controlled by PLC. This furnace can be equipped with a gradient heating system to form a trapezoidal temperature distribution on aluminum billets, realizing isothermal extrusion at a constant temperature.
