1、Die Scrap Shearing & Demolding Machine
Product Introduction
This machine integrates three core functions: cutting die butt scrap, die demolding and die assembly.
- It shears residual material left inside dies after extrusion and ejects the die automatically. It reduces labor workload, cuts material waste and shortens die baking time.
- It presses hot dies into cold die holders during die fitting. Thermal expansion makes manual assembly hard and risky; this machine avoids workplace injuries and eases operation.

2、Billet Brushing Machine – Application Description
The machine uses a central rotating spindle to drive steel brushes. With counterweight centrifugal force, the brushes spin continuously against aluminum billets to remove dust, oil stains, oxide scale and surface blemishes.
It prevents common defects on extruded profiles such as streaks, black lines, tail shrinkage and slag inclusion caused by dirt and grease. It also avoids profile cracking and die scratching from oxide particles, effectively raising finished product yield.

3. Aluminum Billet Peeling Machine
Designed for inline peeling of preheated aluminum billets in extrusion workshops, the machine mainly consists of a billet feeding & discharging conveyor and a main peeling unit. Its features are as follows:
- Efficient removal of surface defects with greatly boosted productivity
It performs surface treatment before extrusion to completely strip the outer oxide layer, segregated structures and contaminants on billets. Its working efficiency is several times higher than conventional turning peeling, well fitting continuous extrusion line operation.
- High recycling rate of waste material for better economic benefits
It delivers uniform peeling depth. The peeled aluminum scraps are automatically coiled into integral strips instead of fragmented chips from turning processes. Aluminum recycling rate rises by 20%–30% with less melting loss and higher residual material value.
- Adjustable parameters for consistent processing quality
Single-side peeling depth is configurable from 1 mm to 4 mm as required. The finished billet surface roughness reaches Ra6.3, meeting precision standards for subsequent extrusion.
- Compact inline layout prevents secondary contamination
With a small footprint, it is installed right between the billet heating station and extruder. Hot billets go through peeling directly without repeated transfer, eliminating secondary pollution, minimizing heat loss of heated billets, cutting energy consumption and improving final product yield.
