单棒加热炉

加热炉将铝棒从环境温度加热到挤压温度(温度为480°C~500°C)，从而保证挤压过程在完整生产条件下顺利进行。加热炉主要通过直接加热，其分为不同的加热区每个区域都配备有点火枪和测温针，所有动作都由PLC控制。

单棒加热炉-启程达铝材设备

单棒加热炉将铝棒从环境温度加热到挤压温度(温度为480°C~500°C)，从而保证挤压过程在完整生产条件下顺利进行。加热炉主要通过直接加热，其分为不同的加热区每个区域都配备有点火枪和测温针，所有动作都由PLC控制。该炉可配备梯度加热系统使铝棒获得梯型温度，实现在恒定温度下挤压(等温挤压)。
