加热炉将铝棒从环境温度加热到挤压温度(温度为480°C-500°C)，从而保证挤压过程在完整生产条件下顺利进行。该炉采用间接加热，通过对流方式传热，大大提高了产品合格率，操作简便，成本效益高。采用工业燃烧器的比例来控制燃烧系统，并增加了捕集和再循环废气的排气预热系统，节省了20%的能源消耗。
