Brief Introduction

Installation Position: Behind extruder outlet and before quenching section.Core Function: Clamp and pull extruded profiles at constant synchronized speed to avoid bending, twisting and surface scratches caused by self-weight, and guarantee straightness.Working Principle: Follow the speed of main extruder to pull the whole profile; release clamps and reset after reaching set length.Common Models: Single rail single puller, double rail double puller (non-stop continuous production).Process Flow: Extrusion discharge → Pulling clamping → Online quenching → Fixed-length cutting

Four Puller Models

1. Single-head Single Rail PullerSingle clamp and single track. Pull one profile then return and stop after cutting. Low cost, suitable for small-tonnage extruders and small-batch door & window profiles.
2. Double-head Double Rail PullerTwo pullers work alternately. One cuts while the other keeps pulling without line halt. Standard mainstream model for mass production, about 35% higher efficiency than single puller.
3. Three-head Double Rail PullerThree pullers on double tracks pull multiple profiles simultaneously without interference. Ideal for high-precision large-section and thin-wall industrial aluminum with multiple extrusion holes, anti-twist and anti-scratch, highest automation level.
4. Tandem Double PullerTwo pullers connected in series. Features strong traction force and long stroke, designed for super-large tonnage extruders and extra-long heavy profiles, widely used in rail transit and container aluminum production lines.
